but have been feeling a tad stressed and isolated. Just to let y'all know U R missed, more than y'all know.
For those Lovecraftianly inclined minds...
There, that wasn't so bad, now was it?
Ok, the last warm and fuzzy was disturbing. A bit.
To offset this I bring you tidings of great joy and visions of a shining and prosperous future!http://www.freedomworks.org/informed/issues_template.php?issue_id=2762
This is cute, more or less.http://warmandfuzzyfeeling.com/
I just heard that Gary Gygax has passed away.
I have no words except that I am very sad and my heart goes out to his family.
I never met the man, but with his passing the world becomes, tragically, a little more mundane.http://entertainment.msn.com/news/article.aspx?news=303923>1=28112
Fidget. Y'all remember Fidget, yes?

Dave & Fidget
Oh man, I used to love watching Thunderbirds when I was a lad. I don't particularly recall this episode, though:
Ok, I got pictures from my last dive, but you know? I just gotta post this first. Anyone like anime? Japanese a little rusty? No sweat, it's got subtitles.
Man, Japanese kids must get neurotic. I mean really. Geez.
Sooo... Locking Quick Disconnect (LQD for this post) vs Bouyancy Compensator Quick Disconnects (BCQD for this post).
LCD= Industrial hydraulics suppliers, as long as you don't tell them you are going to breath through it.
BCQD= Any dive shop.
LCD= Built like a tank.
BCQD= Built for diving.
LCD: Compatible with forlifts and other heavy machinery.
BCQD= Compatible with most other diver's gear.
LCD= Vendor may shit a brick and refuse to sell you one.
BCQD= Dive master may "tsk tsk" and give you a disapproving look, unless he has an integrated Octo/BC Inflator combo, in which you have him/her by the balls/short hairs.
LCD= Huge, heavy, bulky, locking brass fittings. Very masculine.
BCQD= Small shiny chrome thing. Sorta small and faggy looking (by comparison).
BCQD= Non-locking (as far as I have been able to find).
Soo, I dunno. Looks like 4 to 2 in favor of the BCQD. And if I can find a locking version... then the LCD only weighs in in terms of mchismo.
My EXO-26 arrived today. I am pretty excited, and can't wait for the next job so I can use it.
That's not to say I didn't wear it. Oh, that's another thing entirely.
And that is all the news that's fit to print.
